Extreme team journey started- extremely- Lina is driving.
Forest, forest, road, small house near the lake, far far away from city- even stars can be seen, like in a fairy tails, funny dinner preparation- with secret meanings, expectations, funny games, sauna sauna sauna , swimming in the lake at 04:00 AM, yes yes it is November 26 already- this is extreme. We are having great time in team building- trying brick by brick to built our team- trying that everyone of us start to build it!
I BELEAVE we will make it, we will build our dreams, we will make them reality!

The power of one letter

We are today happy. And we really have reason to be happy, but WHY? We got letter. It is simply letter but with big value. It is letter that we all were waiting for so long. I am happy! This letter for us is experience, happiness, goals, excitement, vision, passion. It is first step in our team ! We reseaved letter- that Giray soon will be able to be physically with us! So be joyful!

*Happy people roll with the punches. They know from experience that everything changes. Today's good fortune may vanish tomorrow; today's crises may turn out to be tomorrow's good fortune.

Reflections on recruitment..

It's been 2 long weeks since recruitments activities started.During this time I have been talking about AIESEC, spreading the message thousand of times.. Did i get boared? No. Cause the reason is to learn. How you may learn about AIESEC more if you are not talking about it. Can you bealive that I discovered new things about organization..during promotion and recruitment..? I met cool people who are interesting in AIESEC. They are in recruitment procedure now :) one more step to go! So, I learnd about AIESEC from them. These people are inovators, who will bring fresh air not even to our office. They were asking questions to which I didn't had an answer.. But now I know. Cause they made me to found out new spaces and stars..

This weekend I was in another LC and that made me stop, hide and think. Since that weekend I didn't really realise that I have a hudge power to impact peoples development and future plans. But AIESEC does. These babys (I call so newies) scared of changes, and actions but they WANT IT SO MUCH!

Long long time ago I was thinking, dreaming, reflecting, flying with my visions and ambitions about how to save the world, bring peace to the human society, rescue white tigers and so on. That is the past. Who I am today? When I joined AIESEC I started actually doing sth important for me and surrounding ppl. I realized the meaning of action. The meaning of STOP THINKING - START DOING. All the oppurtunities is lying in front of you - just catch them - squees, use 200 % of it, have a big impact to your personality, develop, improve youself.. The whole world can be yours! All oppurtunities are in the big plate personally served for you - just open your eyes and grab it. Otherwise somebody else will do that and.. you will be left with totall ZERO! (Okai okai. That was tought) You will be the same grey crowd like bilions in this world just thinking.. and realizing that the world is going round and round. No big deal. I will wait for the other chance. But you never realize that it will never happen again. You have to trust yourself and risk you life for the bigger advantage and success. One more time oppurtunity is here in front, but you afraid. Afraid of changes. that is not gona happen again you must to say loudly. When you hear your voice flying with a wind.. it sounds strong! Do I have a passion to change? To risk? You never know - until you loose.. When it happens - it hurts. But it makes you stronger day by day. You know your possibilities, your weakneses and strenghts. You can SWOT yourself. Learning by doing is what AIESEC trained me. Life is going rhythmicaly and periodicly. Only doing well by doing good you will fullfill personal desire for knowledge. Until one day the world stops doing it.
But there will be AIESEC. For me and you. Always.

Today is the day we're working for LC Kaunas more than 3 month. What has been changed? Quite a lot. Since summer we tried to built LC family and to cope everybody together. It was hard. We were prepearing for biggest ant almost the most important month which will effect all term results - SEPTEMBER!
Well, but we are still 3 Eb girls waiting for Eb boys to come.
